Kyle Newman

Kyle brings years of site and project management in high-end residential and ICI construction to the Stratton Homes team. Combined with his business and science background, Kyle brings a set of abilities unique to the construction industry. His ability to resolve problems and effectively communicate with all parties have proven to add value in the projects he manages. Kyle’s greatest passion is his family and as a loving Husband and Father to two children, they planted their roots in Muskoka to help foster their love of our natural world.

Morgan Shaver

With over 25 years of experience in the world of building custom, luxury and residential homes, Morgan has always ensured that his reputation as a builder would be met with respect by his clients and trade partners. Morgan has had incredible success building an online and in person community, and relationships among everyone he crosses paths with. As a family man himself, his goal is to give other families a home they can create memories in for many years.

Kristin Newman

After completing her Bachelor of Arts degree from Nipissing University, Kristin discovered her passion for interior design and decorating. With her loving husband, they spent the last ten years building and selling homes while adding two beautiful children to their family. Kristin has chosen to expand her enthusiasm for design by completing a two-year Interior Decorating diploma through Yorkville University. She is a true professional with her clients and an integral part of the design process.

Kristie Shaver

Kristie is a natural-born enthusiast for building community which has lead her to build two successful online businesses, both encompassing solution-based products and services for individuals and businesses globally. With over 20 years of experience with sales, Kristie’s integrity is always at the forefront of her mind so that she can serve the needs of her clients first. Real Estate is a natural passion for this Wife and Mother of 2 as she and her husband have worked closely in their 13 years together to build and sell homes.

Val Schrauwen

As an experienced residential construction administrator and accountant, Valerie holds over 30 years of wisdom and involvement within the realm of real estate and law. A true professional within the back end assignments of successful construction companies, she is an absolute asset to the team. Valerie has been a resident of Muskoka and Parry Sound since 1997 with a strong connection to the roots she has planted here.
